Should one focus on handling the leak emotionally in the best possible way? Or is the energy better invested in avoiding that the button is being pushed entirely?
Good question, Jonas. You need to do both. Absolutely stay away from your triggers as much as you can.
In your relationships – business and personal – it’s also helpful to know where each other’s triggers are and avoid them as much as possible, and be supportive when they have been triggered.
However, life has a way of repeatedly triggering us on precisely the things that hurt the most. So usually there’s no way around looking at the things that cause pain and leakage.
