It’s surprisingly nice and effective to run with brain wave technology in your ears.

Lars, thanks for the post. For the last few months I have been trying something similar with a software product called Neuro Programmer 2, from an outfit called Transparent Corp. I have found it very helpful in focusing while working, and in managing jet lag and getting to sleep. I’m a cyclist rather than a runner, though, and I prefer not to ride with headphones on so I can stay more aware of what’s happening on the road. I find that after a few miles my head starts to clear on its own anyway.
Hi Lars, I am developing a brain wave generation tool (it’s more than a year now, I do it very sparingly). I really don’t know when it is going to be published, but you can take a look at the plans at the site. There is also a section with some useful links on the subject, I think you will find them useful. Let me know what you think!
I do biking too and prefer not to listen brain wave stuff while doing activities that require big awareness (except programming, a bug won’t hurt that much
I discovered your website after watching your 2 videos on safari books library, I really enjoyed them. And this site and the idea behind it are fantastic. I like your energy, don’t stop!
